The Power Wrap dress was designed in our previous studio in London. They were part of our 2020 collection. Read where it comes from and how the material it is made of is processed.

Tencel is processed from wood pulp. The wood used for production comes from forests with FSC certification and sustainably managed forests. The certified forests from which the wood for our production is harvested are in Austria and the Czech Republic (Paškov). Raw material is processed in Austria.

Textile production takes place in a unique process with a closed cycle. This solvent spinning process recycles water and reuses solvent with a recovery rate of over 99%, minimizing the environmental impact of the fabric manufacturing process. The fabric is made in Portugal.

The resulting textile is compostable and biodegradable, so it can be fully returned to nature. In addition, RDD Textile is GOTS certified and its factories use 25% renewable energy. We order this tencel material from our supplier in Germany.

There are several options to extend the life of the product. In addition to gentle care, you can resell the product, exchange it with your partner or resell it.

If the product is in a condition where this is no longer possible, please recycle it. The most ideal way to do this is to cut the garment into narrow strips and take it to a local recycling center. In the case of GOTS certification, it is also possible to use your own home compost.
