What are the prices for delivery?
Personal collection in Prague - free of charge
Postage within the Czech Republic - 99CZK
Postage outside the Czech Republic - 199CZK - 300CZK depending on the country of destination

If you cannot find your desired destination, please contact us. We are able to ship our products almost anywhere in the world.
Will I have to pay CLO?
Orders outside the EU are subject to customs and other charges. Fees are always the buyer's expense. Payment is always made before the order is accepted by the carrier.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All items that are in stock are shipped within 3 days of receiving the order. All made-to-order items may take up to 2 weeks to ship. If the wait is longer, we will let you know via email.

Where can I change the delivery address?
The delivery address can only be changed before the order is shipped. To change your address, contact us at shop@advastudios.com

How can I return my order?

Who pays for return shipping?
Costs associated with postage are always paid by the customer.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive the package with the order back, it will take approximately -2 days to process the return. Once we approve the return, it can take up to a week for the money to appear in your account.
Product care
Which program should I use to wash my ADVA pieces?
We strongly recommend washing all ADVA products at 30 degrees or lower.
For products made of delicate materials, we recommend hand washing. Wash clothes gently.
Always let your pieces air dry, DO NOT tumble dry them.
Do not use bleach.
How to revive my ADVA piece?
The most ideal way to restore a fresh look to your piece is to use a steam iron. The steam will add shine, and the product will look like new.
What definitely not to do?
Do not wash ADVA products at 40 degrees or more. There is a risk of irreversible damage to the material. Do not bleach or use aggressive detergents. Do not tumble dry.
