What are your dispatched times?
We dispatch all "in stock" items in 3 days since receiving the order. For all made to order items, it can take up to 2 weeks to dispatch it. We'll send you an email if it will be more than 2 weeks wait.

Can I change my delivery address?
Send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to e-mail us before the item is dispatched.
What locations do you ship to?
See the list of all location we ship to here. However, we are able to ship anywhere in the world. If you'd like to order outside of our shipping zones. Please do e-mail us at email@example.com.
Will I have to pay custom charges?
No. We cover all charges associate it with your order.
How will my parcel be delivered?
W use DPD, PPL or UPS. We have tracked delivery, so you'll receive a tracking link when your order has been shipped. We also use Zasilkovna for our Slovakian and Czech customers.
How do I make a return?
Fill in the return slip, you can download it here, and send it together with the parcel to our studio.
Who pays for the return postage?
You cover any return or exchange charges. If your garment is faulty, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll schedule a courier.
How long does a refund take to be processed?
Once we receive your returned item, the refund with be processed in 1-2 days. It take can up to a 7 days to appear on you statement.
How do I wash my ADVA garment?
We strongly advise you wash all your ADVA pieces at 30 or lower temperatures. With delicate pieces we recommend handwash.
Do not overwash your garments, wash with care.
Always let your pieces air dry, DO NOT tumble dry.
Do not bleach.
How to revive my ADVA garment?
The best way to revive your ADVA garments to look like new is to use a steamer on a relevant settings.
What not to do?
Do not wash your ADVA garments on temperatures higher than 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
