The Beyond Ordinary coat was introduced as part of the AW23 collection, Experience the Seduction Everyday. Read about where the material used for it comes from and how it is processed.

Our organic wool fiber comes from a family farm in Germany (operating since 2006), where they raise Gotland sheep and shear their fleece only twice a year. In addition, the family farm also collects sheep's wool from the Arku na Labi region, which they process into knitting yarn, as well as dense wool for fabrics. There is no mulesing on the farm, and no genetically modified products are used. The wool is then processed at a spinning mill in Brandenburg, woven at a weaving mill in Lusatia, Poland, and finished in Bavaria. It is, therefore, a strictly regional product with an absolutely transparent supply chain.

The resulting fabric is compostable and biodegradable, so it can fully return to nature. Thanks to GOTS certification, all ethical and ecological principles are strictly monitored. The resulting fabric is thus gentle on nature, people, and your skin. We order this fabric from our supplier in Germany.

The coat's lining is made from GOTS-certified cotton, which is grown and processed in western Turkey, in the Izmir region. GOTS certification means that the entire process meets strict environmental rules, prohibits toxic chemicals, and adheres to ethical standards.

There are several options to extend the life of the product. In addition to gentle care, you can resell the product, exchange it with your partner or resell it.

If the product is in a condition where this is no longer possible, please recycle it. The most ideal way to do this is to cut the garment into narrow strips and take it to a local recycling center. In the case of GOTS certification, it is also possible to use your own home compost.
