Return or exchange
We can offer a refund or exchange for unsuitable goods (cut, size, etc.). In this case, the goods must be returned to us within 14 (20 for international orders) days of original dispatch. The goods must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all original ADVA tags and returned in the original packaging.
If you require a size exchange, don't worry, we can offer it if the size you want is in stock. If it isn't, we'll refund your original purchase, excluding postage and handling.
We recommend that you insure the returned package and obtain a tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. Please note that we are sorry, but we are unable to cover the cost of returning goods.
Before returning an item, please email us at email@example.com, the email subject should include your order number and the reason for the return.
Download and complete the return form and attach it to your shipment.
Refunds or exchanges do not apply to gift card purchases.
Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned, only further adjustments can be made.
